PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special meeting of the Town of Rochester Town Board will be held on

Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 8:00 AM at the Town of Rochester Town Hall, 50 Scenic Road, Accord,

New York. The sole purpose of the special meeting is to consider Approving bid selection and contract

agreement between the Town of Rochester and LAD Construction of the Hudson Valley, Inc.; and the

Town of Rochester and RLJ Electric Corporation, relative to the Town of Rochester’s New York Rising

Community Reconstruction Program, Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery

Community Rehabilitation Project.
