PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has set a public hearing on proposed Local Law 2 of 2025: amending Local Law 6 of 2024, amendments made to Chapter 140, Zoning, Due to Errors and omissions for February 27, 2025 immediately following the scheduled 6:30 pm public hearing on proposed local law 1 of 2025 at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, New York 12404. Copy of proposed law is available on the Town website and at the office of the Town Clerk.
