PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has set a public hearing on proposed Local Law 1 of 2025: rescinding and revoking Local Law # 1of 2015 and all amendments thereto made by Local Law # 2 of 2018, Local Law # 2 of 2019 and Local Law # 1 of 2020: Grievance Day for February 27, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, New York 12404. Copy of proposed law is available on the Town website and at the office of the Town Clerk.
