NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on January 13th, 2024, commencing at 6:30PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404.
Application # PB 2024-38 Applicant/Owner: Two DL LLC Type: SUP (Amendment Decision PB 1990-4) Representative: Paul Morrison, PxT Infrastructure Solutions LLC Zoning: B Property Location: 5147 Route 209 SBL: 76.2-2-25 SEQRA: Undecided Status: New Application DESCRIPTION: The application is on a parcel that is +/- 1.75 acres. Applicant proposes electric chargers for new electric school buses on a parcel with an existing special use permit.
