NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Zoning Board of Appealsof the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on January 18th,2024, commencing at 6:00PMat the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404.
ZBA 2023-07 AV- Henry HershkowitzS/B/L 68.2-2-31 & 68.2-2-38.112 – 14 Bakertown Road & 15 Bakertown Road
Applicant proposes conveyance of +/-.31 acres from 15 Bakertown Road to 14 Bakertown Road. The idea is to takethe garage currently on 15 Bakertown Road and add it to 14 Bakertown Road. Setbacks have been met, however eachnew lot created would need to be a minimum of 2 acres per the TOR Schedule of District Regulations which is notpossible in this case. Applicant is requesting an area variance to waive the minimum acreage requirement.
