Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has schedule a public hearing on proposed local law x-2023: providing for a moratorium on actions subject to building permits, site plan, special use permits, or subdivision review for the period October 2- December 15, 2023, to be held on September 7, 2023, at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404
