NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on THURSDAY, MARCH 16, 2023 commencing at 6 PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404 and on Zoom.
2022-01 AV (Fence)– Zain Eisenberg – 512 Upper Cherrytown Road – S/B/L 59.15-1-19 | 516 Upper Cherrytown Road – S/B/L 59.15-1-17
Applicant seeks a variance for a fence that does not comply with the Town Code’s current fence height requirement.
