PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws making amendments to Chapter 140, Zoning, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held October 27, 2022 at 6:00pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
Four public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:
Local Law T-2022, § 140-17, Parking, Loading, Access, and Traffic Standards
Local Law U-2022, § 140-20, General Commercial and Industrial Standards
Local Law V-2022, § 140-21, SIgns
Local Law W-2022, § 140-26, Multifamily Residential Uses
