PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws making amendments to Chapter 140, Zoning, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held August 25, 2022 at 6:00pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
Five public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:

§ 140-59, § 140-60, § 140-61, § 140-62, § 140-63, and § 140-64
Local Law K-2022, § 140, Article VII Special Use and Site Plan Review Procedures,
§ 140-45, § 140-45.1, § 140-46, § 140-47, § 140-48, § 140-49, § 140-50, § 140-51,
§ 140-52, § 140-53, § 140-54, § 140-55, § 140-56, § 140-57, and § 140-58
Local Law L-2022, § 140-28. Sand, Gravel and Quarrying Operations.
Local Law M-2022, § 140-35. Commercial Events Facilities.
Local Law N-2022, § 140-13 Accessory Structures
