NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on Monday, August 8, 2022 commencing at 7:00PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404 and on Zoom.
PB 2022-06 SBD (Minor) – Wayne Gray, Sr.
S/B/L60.3-3-48.600 – Samsonville Rd. between Rte. 66 and Golden Ln.
Applicant proposes the subdivision of the current +/- 20.1 acre parcel to make the following: Lot #1: +/- 1.5 acres and Lot #2: +/- 18.6 acres. Parcel is in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
