NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on May 19, 2022, commencing at 6:00PM, at the Harold Lipton Community Center, at 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY, and via Zoom (for public comment only), on the following matter:

Parcel is in the AR-3 zoning district. Parcel is +/- 1.22 acres. Applicant proposes the conveyance of +/- .56 acres from a neighboring parcel. Applicant does not meet code for the minimum acreage requirements for the AR-3 district
