LEGAL NOTICE:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Rochester, Ulster County,

New York, at a Regular Town Board Meeting held on the 16th day of March 2022, duly adopted

the following Resolution, subject to a permissive referendum.

Resolution # 147-2022:

The Town of Rochester Town Board appropriates up to $ 1,000.00 from the General Fund fund

balance to pay the cost of preparing a general map, plan and report for providing the Marbletown

First Aid Unit Ambulance district. Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum as

provided by Article 7 of the NYS Town Law.
