NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on March 17, 2022, commencing at 6:00PM, at the Harold Lipton Community Center, at 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY, on the following matter:

21/686 – Judith McMahon – Area Variance 207 Schwabie Tpk., Kerhonkson, NY/SBL: 67.2-1-25/ Parcel is in the R-5 zoning district. Parcel is +/- 5.1 acres. Applicant proposes erection of a garage and does not meet 50ft setback for the side yards; currently only +/- 33ft and +/- 39ft. Applicant would need +/- 11ft and +/-17ft variances.

The above noted application is open for inspection at the offices of the Town Clerk and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
