SHORT-TERM TRANSIENT RENTAL OPERATORS

A reminder to all current short-term transient rental operations in the Town of Rochester.

The Town adopted a local law requiring a permit to operate a short-term transient rental in the Town of Rochester. Existing operations may apply to be grandfathered into operation, subject to certain criteria. The deadline to apply for grandfathering is December 31, 2021. After that time, any operation of short-term transient rentals will require a new permit application. Don’t miss out on this opportunity.
