NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on October 21st, 2021, commencing at 6:00PM, at the Harold Lipton Community Center, at 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY, on the following matter:

21 Ski Slope Rd./SBL: 59.7-2-31 R-2 District
Parcel is in the R-2 zoning district. Parcel is +/- 1.73 acres. Current property lines run through a cabin on neighboring lot. Area variance is required

The above noted application is open for inspection at the offices of the Town Clerk and the Zoning Board of Appeals. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
