LEGAL NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board is requesting a cost per
square foot proposal from qualified firms to complete a Building Conditions Survey (BCS) and
develop a five-year Capital Facilities Plan. Copy of said plan is available in the office of the
Town Clerk and on the Town website www.townofrochester.ny.gov . RFP is due on or before
September 1, 2020 at 2:00pm at the office of the Town Clerk PO Box 65 Accord, NY 12404 / 50
Scenic Rd Accord, NY. Non-Collusive Bidding Certification must be included. The Town Board
has the right to reject any and all RFP’s.
