Minor Subdivision
Proposes the subdivision of a +/- 47.5 acre parcel located at 13 Van Tine Road, Kerhonkson, NY, S/B/L 68.1-2-45 into 4 parcels. The parcel presently contains a single family residence with septic and well. Parcel is in the R-5 zoning district (rural conservation district). The parcel contains Habitat Core Lands of Medium Importance.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will not be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device. The video and teleconference will be recorded, and a transcript of the meeting will be made of the meeting. Planning meeting agendas will be available online in advance of the meeting at http://townofrochester.ny.gov/agendaminutes/planning-board-agendas/
The public may send comments until 4pm on the day of the meeting by email to btetro@townofrochester.ny.gov , at the beginning of the public hearing instructions will be given to the public in regards on how to comment during the above application’s review.
