Shawangunk Journal Erroneous Report

The Shawangunk Journal, in their October 17, 2019 printed edition, erroneously reported the Wayward Ranch application for Site Plan and Special Use before the Town of Rochester Planning Board was approved. The application WAS NOT approved. The reporting should have stated the application remains open under Planning Board review with the public hearing continuation scheduled for November 14, 2019 at 7pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center.

Supervisor Mike Baden has expressed the seriousness of this reporting error to the editor and expects an acknowledgement and retraction of the error as soon as possible. On behalf of the Shawangunk Journal, the Town of Rochester apologizes to Wayward Ranch, the Planning Board, and all town residents for the error in reporting.
