PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Board has scheduled a public hearing re: proposed
Local Law 3 of 2019, a local law amending Local Law 2-2007, renumbering for organizational purposes
Chapter 111 of the Code of the Town of Rochester, Building Construction, to new number Chapter 65 of
the Code of the Town of Rochester, Building Construction, to be held 6:30pm Thursday October 3, 2019
at the Town of Rochester Town Hall, 50 Scenic Road, Accord, NY 12404. A copy of such Local Law to be
made available in the Town Clerk office and posted on the Town website.

Local Law 3 of 2019

Amending Local Law 2 of 2007,
Renaming Chapter 111, Building Construction,
of the Code of the Town of Rochester

Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Rochester as follows:

Section1.
As adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Rochester 5-3-2007 by L.L. No. 2-2007,
Chapter 111, Building Construction, of the Code of the Town of Rochester shall be redesignated in its entirety for organizational purposes as Chapter 65, Building Construction, of the Code of the Town of Rochester.

Section2.
This local law shall take effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Rochester, the secretary of State of New York and the New York State Commissioner of Tax and Finance.
