NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on March 11th, 2019 commencing at 7:00PM, at the Harold Lipton Community Center, at 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY, on the following matter:

Proposes a lot line deletion to combine two (2) lots, one lot comprising a portion of the former bed of Lucas Turnpike (+/- 0.21 acres) which lot is being transferred from the Town of Rochester to William & Lynn Wells and the other lot currently owned by William and Lynn Wells which lot is a lot from a previous subdivision S/B/L 77.1-2-33.113 (+/-1.2 acres). Located at 20 De Jager Lane/Mountain View Subdivision, Accord, NY both parcels AR-3 zoned. AG-3 Agricultural District, Prime Farmland.
