LEGAL NOTICE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a Special Meeting to take place February 12, 2018 at 9:00am at the Town of Rochester Town Hall for the purpose to authorize the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Key Government Finance, Inc. for a Tax-Exempt Lease/Purchase Agreement on behalf of the Town and to direct the Town Clerk to send letters to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Medenbach & Eggers. No other business will be discussed.
