PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing on

proposed Local Law # 2-2016: Amending Chapter 38 of the code of Town of Rochester, Planning Board

and Zoning Board of Appeals for 3/31/2016 at 5:00pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall, 50 Scenic

Road Accord, NY 12404. A Copy of said proposed law is available for review in the Town Clerk’s Office.

The Workshop Meeting will immediately follow.
