NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Planning Board of the
Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on the 20th day
of April 2015, commencing at 7:00PM, at the Town of Rochester Community
Center, at 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY, on the following matter:

Minor Subdivision for Wilfred and David Neff, proposed amended application
for subdivision of land resulting in 4 lots. (Originally proposed as
resulting in 3 lots.)

12 Pompey’s Cave Road, S/B/L #69.4-2-7.111, ‘AR-3’, ‘AP Overlay’ and ‘FD
Overlay’ zoning districts, Located within Ulster County Ag District #3,
Contiguous to Rest Plaus Historic District listed on the National Register,
Located within the 100 year flood plain, Contiguous to the Town of
Marbletown

The above noted application is open for inspection at the offices of the
Town Clerk and the Planning Board, Accord, NY.
