The Town of Rochester Town Board held the Workshop meeting on July 20, 2022 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.

Resolution # 309-2022:
A Motionwas made by Councilman Coleman to accept the agenda as prepared by the Town Supervisor with one additional discussion of request modification of EEO.
Supervisor Baden gave announcements of upcoming public hearings and events.
KAFAS 2022 CONTRACT:
The Town Board reviewed the contract submitted by KAFAS and made appropriate changes and will return back to KAFAS for review.
LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 132: VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC FOR THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF ROCHESTER:
The Board reviewed the proposed changes.
SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW:
Resolution # 310-2022:
A Motion was made by Supervisor Baden to schedule a public hearing for proposed local law 6: amending chapter 132 vehicle and traffic of the Town of Rochester Code for 8/2/2022 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY . The Regular Town Board meeting will commence Immediately after and further more direct the Town Clerk to circulate notice.

EEO MODIFICATION REQUEST:
Supervisor Baden presented to the Board amendment request to the EEO for Lucas Ave. After the Board and Town Attorney reviewed the paperwork it was agreed that Supervisor will discuss with the Code Enforcement Officer Jerry Davis.
BUDGET MODIFICATIONS:
Resolution # 311 -2022:
A Motion was made by Councilman Paddock that the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor, in the capacity of Budget Officer, to modify the General Fund budget as prepared.

AUTHORIZING THE SUPERVISOR TO PRESENT NOTICE OF SELECTION:
Resolution # 312 -2022:
A Motion was made by Supervisor Baden On recommendation of Highway Supt. Frey, Councilman Coleman, and Supervisor Baden, the Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to present Notice of Selection to Hudson valley Engineering Associates, a professional consulting civil engineering firm from the Region 8 LDSA list to consult on all services [complete preliminary design, detailed design, right-of-way incidental, right-of-way acquisition, construction support and construction inspection services] for a Federal Aid transportation project located in the Town of Rochester, Kerhonkson, New York, PIN 8762.6, Project: Boice Mill Road over Falls Mill Brook Bridge Replacement (BIN 2224460). The Supervisor, as Project Manager, is authorized to conduct a negotiations meeting based on the Scope of Services, subject to Consultant Procurement and Administration procedures for Locally Administered Federal Aid Projects. The resulting contract proposal to be approved by resolution of the Town Board.
