PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws making amendments to Chapter 125, Subdivision, and Chapter 140, Zoning, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held February 23, 2022 at 6:00pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
Two public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:
Local Law A-2023, § 125, Subdivision
Local Law B-2023, § 140-32.1, Adult Use Cannabis Retail Dispensary and On-Site Cannabis Consumption Facility
