PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the November 30, 2021 Workshop Meeting the Town of Rochester Town Board voted to terminate the contract between the Town of Rochester and Accordion Ventures LLC (Skate Time) and furthermore voted to cancel the scheduled December 7, 2021 Referendum Vote and contract with the Ulster County Board of Elections.
