NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matters at its meeting on July 12, 2021 commencing at 7:00PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center 15 Tobacco Rd. Accord, New York 12404 or via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and successors addressing the COVID-19 virus.

Minor Subdivision

The applicant proposes a subdivision of +/- 11.23 acre parcel located at 58 Stony Road (76.4-3-35) into 2 parcels :Lot #1: +/- 2.06 acres & Lot #2: +/- 9.17 acres.
The parcels are in the R-2 zoning district. Both proposed lots have sufficient lot frontage and all other lot development requirements have been met. On proposed Lot #1 there is a proposed septic area with a proposed easement to proposed Lot #2. A portion of the pond is located on proposed Lot #2.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, in person attendance will be permitted and due to public health concerns, the Town of Rochester will follow CDC guidelines of requesting unvaccinated individuals to wear masks and social distance.
