A Public Hearing was held on April 2, 2015 at 7pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall, RE: LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF ROCHESTER.

PLEDGE:

 

Supervisor Chipman opened the public hearing and Mike Baden led with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

 

Proposed Local Law # 2-2015: A local Law amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Rochester

 

Section 1.

 

The Zoning Map of the Town of Rochester Shall be amended to reflect that those properties contained in Ulster County Tax Map sections 76.003-2-32; 76.003-2-35.11, 76.003-2-36.1; 84.002-1-45 shall be included in the AR-3 Zoning District.

 

Section 2.

 

This local law shall become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of the State of the State of New York.

 

Mike Baden stated the County Planning Board met on 4/1/2015, they saw no issues and see where there is no county impact.

The Town Planning Board will meet on April 20, 2015 to discuss the proposed changes.

Mike also offered to meet with Tom Hines to work on the zoning map changes in the database.
