A Special Meeting was held on November 15, 2019 at 5:05pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.

ADOPTION OF THE 2020 TOWN OF ROCHESTER BUDGET:
Resolution # 261-2019:
A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt to adopt the 2020 Town Budget as follows:
General Fund Budget
$2,109,721 to be expended, $1,454,930 to be collected in revenue, $75,000 to be appropriated from unexpended balance, and $579,791 to be raised by taxes
Highway Fund Budget
$1,843,570 to be expended, $418,075 to be collected in revenue, $140,000 to be appropriated from unexpended balance, and $1,285,495 to be raised by taxes

DISCUSSION ROOF REPAIR QUOTES:
Chad’s Catskill Construction $ 7,600 for entire building + cost of any replacement plywood
Ted Fina $ 4,800 for addition – includes new plywood
$ 6,700 for main building + cost of any replacement plywood
Fox Systems $ 8,500 for entire building + cost of replacement plywood exceeding 3 sheets
Fox Systems $12,500 for entire building – includes all new plywood
Resolution #262 -2019:
A Motion was made by Councilwoman Haugen-Depuy to accepts the quote by Chad’s Catskill Construction for roof replacement for the entire courthouse building in the amount of $7,600 + the cost of any replacement plywood with the following conditions; Contractor to supply proof of liability and worker’s comp insurance (if necessary), All work to be comp0leted no later than December 15, 2019, The contractor is responsible for the removal of any and all debris.
