A PUBLIC HEARING was held on March 26, 2015 at 5:30 pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.

Supervisor Chipman opened the meeting for said public hearing;

 

Proposed Local Law # 1-2015: Establishing a date for the meeting of the Town of Rochester Board of Assessment Review other than that provided in subdivision 1 of section 512 of the real property tax law.

 

Supervisor Chipman stated the date has been changed to the last Friday in May.

 

CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING:

 

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to close the public hearing at 5:36.
