The Special Town Board Meeting was held on August 13, 2019 at 7:45am at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.

Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order.

AUTHORIZING THE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN REQUEST ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF ASSESSOR FIELD WORKER (PT)
Resolution # 201-2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign request to the Ulster County Personnel Dept. to establish the position of Assessor Field Worker (PT. Such position shall be for 30 hours per week compensated at a rate of $ 14.00 per hour.

AUTHORIZING THE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT FOR TOWN JUSTICE COURT COPIER:
Resolution # 202-2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin authorizing the Town Supervisor to sihn a lease agreement with Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office, 289 North Plank Rd., Newburgh, NY 12550 for the lease of one Ricoh MP 401 copier machine to be used at the Town Justice Court.
Terms of the lease shall be for 60 months, color 250 copies per month/ BW 1000 per month allowance and all parts and labor included in the monthly lease price.
Copies in excess of the allowance will be charged at $0.008 per BW and $ 0.06 per color copy.
