A Special Meeting of the Town of Rochester Town Board was held on July 12, 2019 at 7:45am at the Town of Rochester Town Board.

RESOLUTION:

AUTHORIZING THE SUPERVISOR TO DISPENSE FUNDS:
Resolution # 187 -2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin authorizing the Supervisor to make payment to LAD Construction of The Hudson Valley Inc. in the amount of $8,000 for services involving the NY Rising project of the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) for the Harold Lipton Community Center. Such payment shall be reimbursed to the Town upon payment by GOSR to the Town of Rochester.
