A Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law # 4-2018: amending the zoning map was held on July 5, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.

PLEDGE:

Supervisor Baden opened the public hearing and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

No comments made.

The Town of Rochester Planning Board submitted comments stating that the Planning Board has no difficulty with the proposed zoning changes.

Supervisor Baden stated the County Planning Board is meeting July 9, 2018 to discuss the proposed law.

CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Resolution # 204-2018:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to continue to public hearing for August 2, 2018 at 7pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.
