A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen the Town Board motions to enter into executive session at 7:40pm for the purposes of discussion of matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person.

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen To reconvene the meeting at 8:44pm stating no action taken nor monies expended.
