A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin that the Town Board approves payment of Abstract 10-2019 in the amount of;

AUTHORIZING USE OF TOWN ROADWAYS:
Resolution # 249-2019:
A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin the Town Board authorizes Arrowood Farms to utilize town roads for a 5K race to benefit Have a Heart Animal Welfare on November 2nd, upon presentation of an insurance certificate naming the Town of Rochester as an additionally insured party.

2020 BUDGET REVIEW:
There is a tax reduction for the 2020 combined General Fund and Highway Fund taxes to be collected.
