A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt authorizing modification of the 2019 Highway Fund budget.

AUTHORIZING THE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN A SEPARATION AGREEMENT:
Resolution # 246-2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the Separation Agreement between the Town of Rochester and Robert Freer.

At 6:24pm the Board met with the Highway Department to discuss the 2020 proposed Highway Budget.

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Fornino to adjourn the meeting at 7:15pm.
