Supervisor Chipman opened the meeting and Jacob Chipman led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

SOLAR LAW DISCUSSION:

Supervisor Chipman asked the Board if they had any questions or comments to make ?

ADVERTISEMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SOLAR LAW
RESOLUTION # 91 -2016:

A Motion was made by Councilman Spano to schedule a public hearing on 7/7/2016 at 7pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall regarding proposed Local Law # 3-2016 on Solar Energy. Furthermore authorize the Town Clerk to distribute to all appropriate agencies & advertise for said public hearing in the local newspaper.

CELL TOWER AUDIT UPDATE

Supervisor Chipman let the Board know that he is still working on the audit. It is complete up to 2012.

ADMINISTRATION BUILDING GRANT:

Councilman Spano asked for an update on the Administration Building Grant that Chief Constable Rich Miller is working on.
Rich Miller discussed a few things that he needs help with gathering before the pre-application is complete. Supervisor Chipman said that he would help Rich gather that information. Chief Constable was also referred to the Ulster County Planner Dennis Doyle for information.

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Chachkin to approve the following;

General Fund Abstract 5 of 2016 $ 54,808.08
Highway Fund Abstract 5 of 2016 $ 47,612.95
Street Lighting $ 418.85
