The Audit/Workshop Meeting was held on March 26, 2015 at 5:36 pm at the Town Hall.

PLEDGE:
Supervisor Chipman opened the meeting and Richard Miller led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
PRESENTATION OF VLT’S IN TOWN OF ROCHESTER RESORTS:
David O’Halloran of Pine Grove Dude Ranch and Elliot Spitzer of Hudson Valley Resort presented to the Town Board their interest in VLT’s in their resorts.
They discussed economic benefits the VLT’s provide to the area. There are a lot of positive outcomes that can take place.
They discussed benefits to the community as a whole with the reward card program.
Supervisor Chipman stated that this was great that they are thinking about the town, these 2 resorts are number 1 & 2 employers for our residents. Sustainable jobs and income is what this town needs and the rewards card is a great trend setter.
Councilman Spano stated you have a business to run and Sullivan County will take business from our area this is a great way to be aggressive, and the rewards card is a great way to spread money around.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A Motion was made by Supervisor Chipman to enter into executive session at 6: 08 to discuss personnel issues with the Highway Secretary and include Highway Superintendent Wayne Kelder, the Assessor position and an Administration issue.

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to reconvene the meeting at 6:48pm stating no action taken nor monies expended.

NEGOICATION OF ASSESSOR POSITION:
Resolution # 54 -2015:
A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to authorize Supervisor Chipman to enter into an agreement with the Town of Marbletown and the Town of Rosendale regarding the Assessor position.

ADMINISTRATION FEES FOR DEC:
Resolution # 55-2015:
A Motion was made by Councilwoman Chachkin to pay $ 800.00 of administration fees to the DEC.
