The September Audit/Workshop meeting was held on September 26, 2019 at 6:00pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.

CONTRACT FOR DIGITAL TELEPHONE SYSTEM AND VOICEMAIL:
RESOLUTION # 223-2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign renewal for the yearly Service and Maintenance Agreement with Crosspoint Connect, Inc. 9 Marion’s Way, Woodstock, NY 12498 for the Town Hall digital telephone system and voice mail.

AUTHORIZING USE OF TOWN ROADWAYS:
Resolution #225 -2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin that the Town Board authorizes the Friends of Little Ones, Inc. to utilize TowPath Road from the bridge to Alligerville to the Harold Lipton Community Center on Tobacco Road for the 12th Annual Towpath Run/Walk on September 29th from 9am until approximately 11am, upon presentation of an insurance certificate naming the Town of Rochester as an additionally insured party.

AUTHORIZING USE OF TOWN CONSTABLES:
Resolution # 226-2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to designate up to 2 constables and up to 2 constable vehicles, to be determined and stationed at the discretion of the Chief Constable and the Town Supervisor, to provide traffic safety control for the 12th Annual Towpath Run/Walk on September 29th from 9am until approximately 11am.

APPOINTMENT OF EMPLOYEE- HEAVY MACHINE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR:
Resolution #227 -2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin upon written recommendation of the Highway Superintendent, the Town Board approves the employment of Thomas Lee Crotty with a starting rate of $ 24.47 to the position of Heavy Machine Equipment Operator (HMEO) to the Highway Department effective September 29, 2019, subject to all terms and conditions of the Collective Bargain Agreement (CBA) between the Town of Rochester and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 363, as dated January 1, 2017.
