The Audit for Abstract 05-2019 was held at 6:00pm. The workshop meeting immediately followed.

DISCUSSION: Items to be discussed at the June 6 Regular meeting;

a. Transfer Station Building Construction Bid
b. Town Hall HVAC Review Bid: Councilman Drabkin would like to see estimates or quotes before putting out bids to determine the required scope of work. Supervisor Baden will consult with the Attorney for the Town on how to achieve this within the procurement policy and General Municipal Law.
c. 2019-2020 Sand Bid
d. Summer Youth Camp Bus Transportation Quote
e. Accord Fire District request( letter ): The Town Supervisor will consult with the Attorney for the Town on this matter.
UPDATE:
Courthouse Annex Building Update: Work will start next week.

LEAD AGENCY DESIGNATION- ALLIGERVILLE FIRE STATION EMERGENCY SHELTER PROJECT:
Resolution # 151-2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin that the Town Board consents to the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) to serve as lead agency under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and related laws for the environmental review of the proposed Alligerville Fire Station and Emergency Shelter Project and authorizes the Supervisor to sign and send the form indicating such consent.
