A Motion was made by Councilwoman Haugen-Depuy to approve the following;

General Fund Abstract 6 of 2019 $ 107,182.47
Highway Fund Abstract 6 of 2019 $ 124,974.79
Street Lighting Fund $ 382.04

ANNUAL UPDATE DOCUMENT (AUD) FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED 12/31/2018:
Resolution # 173-2019:

A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt authorizing the Supervisor to sign the Annual Financial Report Update Document (AUD) for the fiscal year ended 12/31/2018, as prepared on behalf of the Town of Rochester in draft format by Sickler, Torchia, Allen & Churchill CPAs PC and corrected by Supervisor Baden.
And further,
Authorizes Sickler, Torchia, Allen & Churchill CPAs PC to submit the AUD with the State of New York, Office of the State Comptroller, Division of Local Government and School Accountability.

Discussion:

Supervisor Baden stated according to the draft report the General unallocated fund balance increased from $ 592,069 to $752,185 ($ 160,116.00 increase) Highway unallocated fund has
$488,280.00 unassigned balance.
