A. Authorizing the Supervisor to Extend a Contract
Recommended resolution: The Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign renewal for the yearly Service and Maintenance Agreement, effective September 15, 2020 at a fee of $500 per year with Crosspoint Connect, Inc. 9 Marion’s Way, Woodstock, NY 12498 for the Town Hall digital telephone system and voice mail.

B. Authorizing the Supervisor to Make Changes to the Kerhonkson Street Lighting District
Recommended resolution: The Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor sign a Street Lighting Authority Order with Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Route 28 at Thruway Circle, Kingston, NY 12401 to add a street light on CHG&E pole number 100846, located at Old Mine Road and Academy Street.
