A. Appointment of Recreation Director
Recommended resolution: The Town Board, upon receipt of the Certification of Eligibles from the Ulster County Personnel Department for the competitive position of Recreation Director, authorizes the Supervisor to extend offer of employment to Ashley Sweeney for the fulltime position of Recreation Director effective 7/16/2020, with salary as adopted with the 2020 Wage and Salary Schedule.

B. Setting Date for Public Hearing Local Law 4-2020, amending Chapter 132, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the Town of Rochester
Recommended resolution: The Town Board sets a public hearing date for Local Law 4-2020, amending Chapter 132, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the Town of Rochester, to be held at 6:30pm on August 6, 2020 at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY or via teleconference in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and requests the Town Clerk post and advertise legal notice of such public hearing.
