I. Call to Order – Pledge to the Flag – Roll Call

II. Resolution
A. Executive Session
Recommended Resolution; the Town Board motions to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of conducting interviews for various Boards and Commissions appointments.

B. Executive Session
Recommended Resolution; the Town Board motions to exit Executive Session.

C. Policy
Recommended Resolution;
Whereas; the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) leave mandates required businesses with fewer than 500 employees to provide employees up to 80 hours of paid sick leave for their own health needs or to care for others.
Whereas; these Federal leave requirements expired on Dec. 31, 2020.
Therefore; the Town of Rochester Town Board motions to extend the paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave mandates created by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) for the period of January 1, 2021 until such time as the Town Board adopts a Plan for Operations during a Public Health Emergency.

D. Meeting Date
Recommended Resolution; The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the date change of the May 2021 Audit/Workshop meeting from Thursday May 26, 2021 at 6:00pm to Wednesday May 25, 2021.
