XII. Resolutions

A. Action on Minutes
Recommended resolution: The Town Board accepts the minutes of the May 7, 2020 Regular Meeting and May 14, 2020 Special Meeting

B. 2020 Budget Modifications
Recommended resolution: Upon recommendation of the Town Supervisor, the Town Board authorizes modification of the 2020 General Fund and Highway Fund budgets, as presented.

C. Authorizing Agreement for Technical Review – Boice Mill Bridge
Recommended resolution: Upon recommendation of the Town Supervisor and Highway Superintendent, the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to enter into an agreement with C.T. Male Associates Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Geology, D.P.C. to conduct a technical review of all available information about the project site to verify that the proposed project is eligible for Bridge NY funding in the next grant cycle (2020-2021) when announced by the DOT. Resource information may include but not be limited to, the specific bridge B.I.N number, as-built drawings, existing base mapping, prior design and repair studies, recent DOT and/or local inspection reports and related correspondence, load ratings, and available maintenance records. C.T. Male will evaluate the eligibility of the project (or multiple bridges and/or culverts) and help strategize the most competitive approach for Bridge NY funding and will complete the technical review within 30 days of authorization at no cost to the Town.

D. Amendment of the Wage and Salary Schedule
Recommended resolution: The Town Board authorizes amendment to the Wage and Salary Schedule, as adopted pursuant to resolution 15 of 2020, establishing a rate of pay of $12.50 per hour for Town Constable (PT) Anthony Mattola, based on his completion of 520 hours of probationary employment, effective June 1, 2020.

E. Authorization for the Supervisor to Issue Retroactive Payroll
Recommended resolution: The Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to issue retroactive payment to Anthony Mattola of $.50 per hour for all hours worked in excess of the 520-hour probationary period of employment.

F. Cell Tower Lease Extension Proposals
Recommended resolution: The Town Board rejects the offers of cell tower lease extension and authorizes the Supervisor to notify The Lyle Company Lease Consultant, Authorized Vendor of American Tower of this decision.

G. Resolution of Support of Food and Beverage Establishments
Recommended resolution: The Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to send a letter to the County Executive, County Legislature, Governor, and State Senate and Legislative representatives expressing support for the initiative to establish outdoor dining options, to supplement limited indoor dining and requesting the inclusion of food and beverage establishments in Phase 2 of the reopening of businesses in NYS.
H. Resolution Authorizing the Supervisor to Enter into an Agreement
Recommended resolution: The Town Board accepts the proposal from Johnson Controls, Fire Protection LP for the annual inspection and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers and authorizes the Supervisor to sign the agreement
