A. Contract for Digital Telephone System and Voice Mail
Recommended Resolution; The Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign renewal for the yearly Service and Maintenance Agreement with Crosspoint Connect, Inc. 9 Marion’s Way, Woodstock, NY 12498 for the Town Hall digital telephone system and voice mail.

B. 2019 Budget Amendments
Recommended Resolution; The Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor, as Budget Officer, to make the following 2019 Budget Amendments to the 2019 General Fund and 2019 Highway Fund. (see additional page for details)

C. Payment of Abstract 08-2019
Recommended resolution; The Town Board approves payment of Abstract 09-2019 in the amount of

D. Authorizing Use of Town Roadways
Recommended Resolution; The Town Board authorizes the Friends of Little Ones, Inc. to utilize TowPath Road from the bridge to Alligerville to the Harold Lipton Community Center on Tobacco Road for the 12th Annual Towpath Run/Walk on September 29th from 9am until approximately 11am, upon presentation of an insurance certificate naming the Town of Rochester as an additionally insured party.

E. Authorizing Use of Town Constables
Recommended Resolution; The Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to designate up to 2 constables and up to 2 constable vehicles, to be determined and stationed at the discretion of the Chief Constable and the Town Supervisor, to provide traffic safety control for the 12th Annual Towpath Run/Walk on September 29th from 9am until approximately 11am.

F. Appointment of Employee – Heavy Machine Equipment Operator (HMEO)
Recommended Resolution; Upon written recommendation of the Highway Superintendent, the Town Board approves the employment of ____________ to the position of Heavy Machine Equipment Operator (HMEO) to the Highway Department effective September 29, 2019, subject to all terms and conditions of the Collective Bargain Agreement (CBA) between the Town of Rochester and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 363, as dated January 1, 2017.

G. Waiver of Agreement
Recommended Resolution; Upon written recommendation of the Highway Superintendent, the Town Board agrees to waive the 85% of existing hourly rate for new hires as stated in Section 7.1.2, Wage Rates for New Employees, of the CBA between the Town of Rochester and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 363, as dated January 1, 2017, and agrees to compensate 100% of the wage rate for HMEO new-hire _____________, effective upon hiring date, based on the qualifications, experience, and employment history of the employee.
