• Request for Open Development for SBL 67.2-1-4, Cherry Lane, R-2 Zoning
• Request from Wild Earth to utilize the Town Parking lot as a pickup/dropoff location for their summer program
• Cypress Creek PILOT agreement for Fordemoor Solar, LLC, S/B/L 76.3-1-20, Berme Road payments in total $84,123.68 over 15 years
• Request by residents group Stop Smart Meters NY for a support letter requesting the NYS Public Service Commission hold a rehearing regarding the opt-out tariff for installation of advanced digital metering devices in Central Hudson’s territory
• Chief Constable request for appointment of 2 part-time constables
