MINUTES OF September 25th, 2017SpecialMeeting of the Town of Rochester PLANNING BOARD, held at the Town of Rochester Community Center, Accord, NY.

Chairman Baden asked everyone to stand for the pledge to the Flag.

The Secretary did roll call attendance.

Also present:
Shaye Davis, Secretary. Sam Zurofsky, alternate.

The Planning Board discussed draft items for checklists for special use permits and site plans and Minor and Major subdivisions prepared by the Chairman. The checklists are to be used as a tool while reviewing all applications. The Chairman will takes the Board’s ideas and comments and compile a final version for presentation.

Mr. DeWitt motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:24pm. Mr. Williams seconded.
