MINUTES OF June 30th, 2017 Special Meeting of the Town of Rochester PLANNING BOARD, held at the Town of Rochester Community Center, Accord, NY.

Chairman Baden asked everyone to stand for the pledge to the Flag.

The Secretary did roll call attendance.

Shaye Davis, Secretary.

Reviewing correspondence from the Town of Rochester Town Board of notice of Intent to Seek Lead Agency pursuant to the provisions of the State Environmental Review Act (SEQRA) for the parcel known as SBL 69.3-2-37 located at 100 Airport Road, Accord, NY 12404.

Chairman Baden explained to the Board why the need for the meeting.
Mr. Jones and Mr. DeWitt are recused from discussions on this topic as they were involved in the selection process for the vendor for the Town Board.

Mr. Dawson motioned to allow the Town Board be Lead Agency. Mr. Williams seconded.

Vice-Chairperson Lindstrom motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:04pm. Mr. Williams seconded the motion.
