MINUTES OF July 16th, 2018 Special Meeting of the Town of Rochester PLANNING BOARD, held at the Harold Lipton Community Center, Accord, NY.

The Secretary did roll call attendance.

Chairman Lindstrom motioned to send the Inness (Rondout Golf Course) Application to the Ulster County Planning Board. Mr. DeWitt seconded the motion.
All in favor. Motion carried.

Mr. DeWitt motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:01PM. Chairman Lindstrom seconded the motion.
